Other Courses
When in the area you will probably want to try a few other golf courses. These 3 are all within a few minute drive of the apartment at Valle del Este. Between them they will give you a variety of conditions and challenges. A little further afield but still a reasonable drive away are courses such as La Manga and Gary Player's Almerimar. Either way there is plenty of golf to keep you amused but you are certain to want to play Valle del Este again.
Par 72 6242 yds. Desert Springs has been built to the quality standards of the desert courses of Arizona and California. The manicured greens and fairways are in stark contrast to the arid local conditions.
Par 72 5795 yds. Opened in 2001 this course has two different landscapes, one facing the beach and the other the mountains. The player can enjoy stunning scenery of both mountains and the Mediterranean.
Par 69 4527 yds, 9 Holes, (18 tees). Cortijo Grande is flanked by mountains that rise to almost 1,000m above sea level. Here, the surrounding desert gives way to the lush golf course, while olive and orange trees flourish on fertile terraces.
